The program is fully customizable, for example you can change the skins, set the sounds to play when locking and unlocking folders, as well as customize keyboard shortcuts. The only drawback is that My Lockbox is able to hide only one folder at once.
In case you add another folder, the first one is automatically replaced by it and removed from the secured environment. It offers the possibility to view its contents directly from the main window. To start with, select a folder to be locked and My Lockbox will automatically hide it. You can opt it out, but it is highly recommended in case someone else has access to your computer. When you open My Lockbox for the first time, you are asked to set a password to protect the program against unauthorized users. The program’s interface is straightforward and plain. Thanks to its user-friendly approach, it can be used even by the least experienced users.
